Originally from Columbia, SC, and now based in the Chicago suburb of Palatine, IL, my photography is shaped by a life of movement as both an Army dependent and officer. These experiences, spanning diverse realms such as religion, politics, and music, inspire a deeply personal connection to my craft. Each image reflects my journey, offering viewers a glimpse into the stories that shape my perspective.

To me, a timeless portrait is more than color—it’s a blend of vision, creativity, and emotion. Light is at the heart of my work, a language I’ve learned to shape and harness through tools like strobes, constant lights, and custom light painting techniques. Through the constant study of these essential elements, I capture the spirit of fleeting moments and transform them into enduring works of art.
